Assessment Coordinator
The Incumbent will work with the Department Chair, program directors, department manager, faculty, faculty advisors, and assessment committee to develop reports and manage data and assessments for accreditation agency, national, state and local partners. 

Salary starts at $55,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • One year (1) of experience in statistics, assessment, and quantitative and qualitative research; one (1) year of administrative experience, data management.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable using technology.
  • Commitment to strict confidentiality of data, assessment processes, and fidelity to Department Leadership directives.  

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Master’s degree or above and one year experience working in Academia
  • Two to five years of extensive experience with education program assessment, teacher education, databases, intern/mentor/supervisor professional development, accuracy in statistics, and quantitative and qualitative data analysis.

The Institute of International Education (IIE) is seeking interested applicants for the Teach English Abroad and Change Happens (TEACH) Fellowship in Taiwan. We are doing outreach to universities with well-known TEFL/TOSEL programs in the hopes of spreading awareness of the opportunity and connecting with networks of students who may qualify. The TEACH Fellowship in Taiwan is administered by the Association of International Cultural and Educational Exchange Taiwan (AICEE, Taiwan), and is a fully funded international fellowship program for outstanding certified/licensed teachers (pre-service, in-service, retired) to teach English and/or multiple subjects in the English language-mostly in K-12 schools in Taiwan during the 2023-24 academic year. The program can also accept students in the process of getting certified as long as they have earned their teaching certification or licensure prior to departure to Taiwan in August. 

TEACH Fellows will receive a monthly stipend, flight reimbursement, health, medical, accident insurance, cross-cultural activities, and other support from AICEE. The host will provide access to TEFL/TESOL online certification courses for those without a TEF/TESOL certificate.
